I just want to know what the hell is going on!

I am 4 weeks and been having brown spotting and discharge and cramping just like I had when I started bleeding at my mmc a few months ago so I know it isn't looking good . With my other mcs I had no bleeding until the mc started with bright red blood, and I didn't spot when had my one successful pregnancy.

I am still spotting when I wipe in the loo and got cramps coming and going, I would say they are severe but not unbearably so. I just went to the loo and this time when I wiped there was a tiny brown clot with some stringy mucus, because it was brown I don't know what to think and keep holding on to that tiny bit of hope.

I was at out of hours last night and they said it's just a waiting game now and could go either way, I either will start bleeding red blood in a few days and cramps will worsen which will obviously mean a mc, or it might just stop and might be ok (although she did hint that it wasn't looking good).

I just can't stand this waiting and wish I knew which way its going to go even if it is bad news

I am so sorry you have gone through so much with mc's and are experiencing worrying symptoms again I remember you from a couple years back (probably when we were both pregnant as I had my son a little less than a month after you). I really hope that the bleeding is nothing to be concerned about but understand that you must be worried.

As others will likely mention here, spotting, bleeding, etc. can go either way. It can be something or absolutely nothing. I hope in your case that everything works out.

Congratulations on the birth of your son! And also for your pregnancy, that is great news!

At the moment it could still go either way, but I have a bad feeling. Maybe it's just anxiety but I think it is mainly because when I started spotting with my mmc I told myself that maybe it is just normal and it turned out it wasn't, even though that was a lot further on, I can't help but think that this time blood is a bad sign again, even although it is brown (but so was the bleeding with my mmc ).

I hate this waiting, I am swinging between positive and negative thoughts from one moment to the next, I am all over the place!

It doesn't always mean the worst lovely
Maybe it's implantation bleeding that's worked it's way down.
Or like me, I've had huge bleeds twice so far and baby fine-I have sch which is a pool of blood in the uterus that can cause bleeding.

I'm sorry you're going through this

With this pregnancy I had brown spotting (with small clots/stringy bits) from 11dpo until 15dpo. I got my BFP on 13dpo but didn't believe it because I was bleeding, and I had period type cramps too. My tests kept getting darker and the bleeding stopped, and here I am at nearly 8 weeks. It's the only time I've ever had bleeding this early in any of my pregnancies so I thought for sure I was out.

Best of luck to you, it doesn't always mean the worst, although I know it's hard to deal with and I can't imagine how awful it must be for you when you've had so many losses before. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you
