Since I'm TTC, I don't want to do much exercise. I posted pictures in my last thread here and told everyone how I gained about 30lbs in a year and can't exercise much because of a shattered knee last year.
Well, I've realized the only things I can do are sit ups. And those are bad during the 2WW. So what I've decided to do was during AF, I do all the sit ups I can do, and reorganize the house. And I mean the whole house. Every piece of furniture moved.

And the rest of the month, no coffee and no chocolate. And walk wherever I go.

So far, I've lost 13lbs. :) I'm getting an hourglass figure and I'm in love with my figure. lol
