i need help to find a rose

..my grandmother has been looking for this rose for a long time, I would really like to get it for her.

Its a floribunda rose called Picasso. its red with a white centre.
All I can find is pics of it, I dont seem to be able to buy it online

Please can you ladies help me

It is a hard one to find, cant find it outside Australia and USA and even those look more like bunches rather then a rose bush.
My mil goes to this rose bush place that specilises in rare roses so ill ask her what the place was called.
Also try looking for macpic rose as its also known as that.

Both of those dont stock it at the moment and have taken there info pages in it down
