Hi everyone

i really need help finding things to get my fiance for christmas!

he is the type of person who has everthing and wants nothing, if theres something he feels he would like, then he goes out and buys it for himself leaving everyone else stuck as to what to get him!

some of the things that are no no's are DVDs or CDs, books, food or drink (he dosen't eat chocolate or sweets and dosen't drink), he has had clothes every year for both christmas and birthday so has a full wardrobe, he's not really into bath stuff or shaving stuff and would consider it a waste of money, and he isn't into any TV programes or support any sports teams... he also hates clutter!

as you can see i'm running out of ideas and could really use some help

the things he does like are card games such as bridge (already has bidding boxes and proffesional cards), and board games like backgammon (already has a very nice board), and he's currently doing a maths degree at Cambridge university,

so based on all this does anyone have any ideas of what to get the person who has everything?

Jeez I thought buying for my OH was tough!

How about one of those activity days like driving a posh car, a top gun experience?

Or maybe a few nights away together in the new year?

An experience day!!! I always buy one for my OH cos thats all he doesnt buy himself lol!
My OH is pretty much the same, come Christmas and no one knows what to get him cos he has brought it all himself..

maybe something personal like engraved cuff links, or engraved photo frame. I like the experience day idea.

ooh, i like the idea of the experience days, i'd forgotten all about them, although his mum would hate me for it. someone got his sister to jump out of a plane on one of those experience things and lets just say his mum wasn't very happy (she's a bit overprotective)!

the trip also sounds good, but where could we go that won't break the bank?

thanks for the ideas so far!

depeneding on what your both into, look int 'glamping' my OH is quite difficult, he loves his cars and snow sports and likes camping though since he has been with me he hasnt been camping cause i wont go lol. but there is a newish thing now called glamping basically meaning glamarous camping. look it up on google its fantastic you can find some really romantic places and some of the places look great! x

can i recommend www.romanticcottageholidays.co.uk

we stayed at sneaton hall for 3 nights and it cost £240 (which was a bargain as it was sooooo lush)
we did this for our 1st wedding anniv and are going to go there with our little one next summer too.

otherwise u can look at travel lodge as they do some bargain rooms if you can be a bit more flexible on dates etc or book in advance xx
