i had my af on march 6 ny af usually last 7 days since i came off me and my bf had been havin intercourse non stop like 6 days after i came off i had some spotting and crampimg now im havin headaches back pains slight cramping and im always sleepy im constantly hot at nite nd sweating havin weird dreams and im only 6dpo any ideas on what i should do

There's not much you can do apart from wait it out unfortunately! Wait until your af would be due and if it doesn't make an appearance then test!
