I need some help ?

I posted this on third trimester, but il post it on here too, to see if any of you have any ideas. I hope your all ok by the way

Hi, i havent been on here for a while, but i came on because i need your help.

Im 31 weeks pregnant with a little boy called Archie.

Archies dad and I wernt together, but we have been in contact, and were on good terms for the past month or so. He was just getting excited about Archie.

Cut the story short, he sadly passed away on Sunday afternoon.

I need to find a poem for his funeral from his Son. They never had the chance to meet eachother, but id like a poem to be read out from Archie at his funeral.

A strange request i know. I would write something for it, but im no good at writing this sort of stuff.
If any of you could help me, id be soo greatful.

Oh gosh. Theres a website quotes n poems i used to go on not 100% sure about the name so try typing it in2 google.

Firstly: hun can't begin to imagine what your going through.
I found a poem online, but it was a bit irrelevant, it was more aimed at bump then father, however i've tweeked it a bit, if anyone wants to have a fiddle about with it something like this might be nice? i thought it was a beautiful poem, like i said i changed it a bit, but someone could do that properly iykwim

I love you more and more each day,
The thought of you, consumes me in every way,
I feel you, your heart in tune with mine,
You are constantly on my mind,
I have never met you, but I love you,
I have never seen you, but I know you,
I dream about you, almost every night,
I think that you could of held me tight,
I wish you didn't have to go,

And you surround everything I do, everyday,
I'll always be your baby, i'll always be your son,
I wish that it could all be undone,
