so far im on CD 30, im pretty sure i O'd on CD 18, i had eggwhite cm and guessed, so today i would be 11DPO, now this morning i woke up early with real bad cramps, went to bathroom thinking it was AF but it wasnt think it couldve been constipation i think but because the pain was bad i grabed a hot water bottle and went back to bed, when i woke up a couple of hours later i was fine...any suggestons on what it could be ? AF ? actual constipation which normally lasts longer, ??

Could be a symptom.....I'm only 2PO and I've had cramps for the past 2 days. It feels as if AF is coming. Have you done a HPT?

no havnt tested yet as everytime i do test AF comes straight after so trying to hold off as long as possible, its most likly AF just playing games no doubt ill get AF tomorrow when im getting my hopes up..
