I have a metal plate on my pelvis (for those intrigued xray on first page of my journal)

Its across my symphysis pubis and i sware this baby is messing with it and it chuffin hurts !!!!!


and i have pulled a boob muscle (or there abouts ) i use crutches (full time not just spd~) so the school run tmw will be interesting !!!
