I think he's ill!!!

I think I've given Noah my cold, and I feel horriable about it! to make matters worse he is cutting his first tooth, I can feel the tooth right at the gum. Is there anything I can do for him other then vicks vapor rub and tylenol? I have been really sick since Thursday so Im scared he's going to end up really ill and I have no clue what to do!!

Just keep his nose clear with saline drops and lots of water to drink ...I brought max to the dr yesterday because h has a bad cold and sounds like a purculator machine but hes fine and thats what dr said to do water and saline drops ..

any other meds should only be given if hes got fever
