I was just eating my porridge and realised their was ants in it.. I looked in my kettle and found them swimming in the boiling water.. ummmmmmm i may have eating just one cause i only had 2 mouth fulls before i realised.. im guessing its nothing to worry about?????? or should i call the nurse? :dohh:

Nothing wrong with eating ants, though it is a bit eww.

thanks.. it was boiled in the kettle so i guess that would have killed the bacteria?? it was just an ordinary tiny black ant

Haha! I wouldn't either!!! Don't think there'd be much of a market for that sort of thing "Ant flavour porridge!!" Ick!

Anyway, I'm sure it's fine... Though it might be an interesting call for the nurse to deal with!!! :haha:

If im right nothing to worry about as ants dont carry diseases or germs. I hate bugs too, if im eating something and find a bug in it, i cant eat another bite, i keep thinking have i eaten one yuk. I def wouldn't have been eating anymore in a hurry lmao.

im sure pregnant women eat flies all the time too lol.... being outside, taking a quick yawn and GULP... down it goes.
