I am 10 days late for my period, I have never been late before. I have reg 28 day cycle.

So far all my tests have been negative! I've had a few twinges, period cramps thinking I'm going to come on. But nothing!

Today I am experiencing light cramping, not like period type. It feels different.

I think I ovulated on the 1st of May, not 100% sure. But I was using Ovulation test and they said I ovulate 7 days after my period ended.

I have a doctors appointment today, hoping they will be able to help me out.

I am praying!!!!!!

Go get a blood test!! If you ovulated on CD7 and have a 28 day cycle.. that mean you would have a 21 day LP, which is very odd. What kind of ovulation test did you do? You could have ovulated later and that's why you're still getting negatives but are still pregnant! Did you BD around CD14? (average for women with a regular 28day cycle)

FX'ed!!

My last period was on the 17th of April so I would of ovulated around the 28th-3rd (what it says online). I cant remember when we bd ;)

I don't want to burst your bubble, but I was in a similar situation. I was over 2 weeks late, I'd never been that late before and my cycle, like yours was regular. I'd taken numerous tests all negative. I was having cramping daily that felt like I was going to come on but i never did. So I went to see a doctor and they just took a urine sample which was negative also, they just told me to come back in a couple of weeks if still no af. Literally the day after I went to the dr af showed up, I have no idea why I was so late.

Not saying this will happen to you, but try not to get your hopes up as sometimes our bodies love to mess us around. I hope you get your bfp but also be aware that af may just be running later than usual. Good luck!

It's probably because you ovulated way later than usual hun. It's normal for a healthy woman to have an anovulatory cycle or a wacky cycle or two a year. Maybe stress delayed ovulation??

TTC is stressful!! haha

Well its not good news. I started bleeding about an hour before I left to go to the doctors, because of that I didn't see the point in going. But my mother said I should go just incase there is something wrong. Plus I have a infection down below that needed to be seen to.

The doctor said he thinks I may be having another miscarriage, as being late is unusual for me. He told me to do another pregnancy test next week to double check as HPTs aren't accurate untill two weeks after a missed period.

As for the so called yeast infection, he seems to think it isn't and if the treatment he gave me doesn't work then I have to go back because it may be an infection in my womb.

I only just lost a baby in December, I am not yet fully over that fact. So to be told it might be happening all over again is more then heartbreaking tbh.

HPT aren't accurate until two weeks after a missed period!?!? That's a load of sh!t. If you were miscarrying you wouldn't get a positive in two weeks. If you never got a positive you weren't pregnant. Is he a GP?

So sorry to hear you started AF... I know it must be hard. Maybe try charting this cycle so you can confirm when you ovulated? Hope all is well xx

Yeah probably, we only decided to Ttc very recently, when I was late we were ntnp but were both secretly hoping.

And OP I'm sorry to hear that, I hope everything works out for you eventually.

Thats what he said, I was thinking the same thing. But last time I was pregnant I didn't test till I was around 3+ weeks late :/ and I had bled too.

Oh well :(

So after all that, does anyone have a rough idea of when I will ovulate?

I am totally confused now ...... :S

We have no idea. Buy some OPKs and/or start BBT charting on a site like fertilityfriend.com

It will make things MUCH easier. Good luck xxx

Im sorry to hear that AF came to town. That was me last cycle...lasted 52 days!
You should really buy OPK's...they are a lot more accurate than online. Its well worth the $$.
