Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. I see the nub in the second image. By the angle of the dangle theory I would guess a little girl. 
Its hard to tell when their spine isn't straight... but the little nub doesn't seem to be pointing upward... definitely seems less than 30 degrees from the lower spine. Just a guess
