Niamh is refusing to BF again. My milk is going and it's just a vicious cycle really. She started refusing because I wasn't producing much, and now we're back to her just not wanting to BF. She won't even latch properly now. I'm trying to get a pump from my hospital but no one has rung me back. I've lost all my milk from my right side, I can't even hand express anymore, and I'm getting almost nothing from my left. I'm still trying to BF for every feed.

I don't want to stop. I keep welling up when I think about it I'm going to try the fenugreek again starting tonight. I think the fact I've been under a lot of stress has added to it.

I know, and it's not as bad as before. I do have some milk this time. It's just Niamh is refusing like before again. I need to get a hold of a pump. Hopefully my hospital will ring me back tomorrow. Just the thought of having to re-establish again gets me really upset. It was so hard last time. I don't understand why my milk is going

You know all the advice - like Claire said you can get into bed and go for the skin on skin etc. You dont need us to tell you! You're a relactation queen!

I have a mini electric you can use in the meantime if you struggle with hospital - just need rechargable batteries as the mains wire got damaged.

I agree - If you are already under stress then you shouldnt make yourself ill.

I am under stress with other things, but the thought of not BFing makes me feel worse. I just wish I didn't have to go through this again.

MM: I may take you up on the offer if my hospital can't help. Sovereign said she'll sell me one too, ut I have to wait until her paypal is sorted. The fenugreek was great last time though, so will take some tonight.

Its not as bad as last time, she'll still BF if I keep pushing but I just feel really down about it. When we cracked it last time it was so easy and I was so proud of myself.
