So I was really set on the name joel, then I liked the name troy, my son has it set that the baby's name is joel :dohh: I do like both but which sounds better..

Joel Joseph
Troy Joseph

:flower:

I much prefer Joel :)

Troy makes me think of brad Pitt all dressed up and prancing around in that film!

Joel Joseph may get 'JJ' would that bother you? I only ask as my son is Jack James and we just call him Jack with James as the middle name. I said to my family I don't like JJ so that's fine. But I am aware his mates may call him it one day!

I like names with alliteration and Joel Joseph is a lovely name.

I like Joel better, but with Joseph as a middle name you have that repeated 'Jo' sound, so if you're set on Joseph I'm going to go against the crowd and say Troy.

Joel! I don't normally like alliterative names but I actually really like Joel Joseph

Thanks all i think im going to stick with Joel, the nickname JJ i dont mind im not to keen on jojo though. My son has his heart set on Joel too i just hope he looks like a Joel when he arrives lol x
