Ok, well let me start off saying that I have PCOS and was diagnosed years ago. I have had 2 children since then. Conceived naturally without OPK's BBT or anything. I have a POS addiction like many of us. I occasionally have taken OPK's just to see what would happen, but have never seen a positive test. Well since my periods are very irregular, I take a HPT every other week. We aren't trying but not preventing either. So while I was at Dollar Tree picking up some tests I decided to pick up an OPK as well, darn you POS Addiction!!! Well, I took it and saw the darkest line I've ever had on one of those. So then the POS Addiction kicked into overdrive lol I think I received my first "true positive" on 4-7-14. Then by 4-10-14 I thought it was light enough to be considered negative. So I gave it a break for a couple days. Then tested again last night on 4-13-14 and is that a positive?!? What's going on? Then tested again tonight....can anyone shed any light on this as to what the heck is going on?? Your input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Ladies!

I don't have PCOS, but I have heard that it can mess with the OPKs.
Or it could be that your body is trying to ovulate and not quite getting there yet.
Maybe someone with PCOS could give a better answer, but good luck for #3!

PCOS does cause false OPK's and if ur levels at the time are high enough can cause a false BFP
