I have been on my own with my baby since she was born in May well actually since I found out I was pregnant since he told me to do one when I told him but you can do it and we all have bad days.
Try not to worry you have only just had a baby so your hormones are all over the place xxx
Go for a bath and try to relax and then have a brew xxx Oh and come on here and chat to over positive people.

I hope your ok, I have my good and bad days but I know I have to make the best out of life even if im on my own.
Its not easy and Im still struggeling to get where I want to but keep it in your mind hun that things will always get better if you want them to.
