I just learned how to do it!!


What you do is write your post and click the 'Go Advanced' Button instead of the Post quick reply button.

Once you are there, under additional options (beneath the box your writing in) you will see manage attachments.

On clicking that a box will come up, under 'choose file from your computer' click browse and select the file from where you have saved it. once you've done that, on the right hand side is 'upload'.
