So I took a preg test today since my boobs have been feeling strange and heavy. Turns out I'm pregnant and my daughter will be getting a sibling in late October or early November. To be honest I'm a bit scared, as I've been dealing with a lot of health anxiety lately over some sweating at night (not drenching) that I've been having about 4 months. I thought it was due to me switching off and on my bc pills in the past 6 months so I got off them last month. So me and the hub used no protection and bam, fertile myrtle is back. Accident this time. Boy I would be so happy if I wasn't worried sick about my health! After I gave birth to my daughter I had drenching night sweats about a month, so I know my hormones can cause night sweating, I just don't know what's causing it now. I worry about lymphoma, though my doctor can't feel any swollen lymph nodes and I've had blood tests and a chest X-ray. Has anyone else had sweating at night for unknown reasons? I so want to be excited , but I'm scared too. I'm on lexapro (anti anxiety med) and I know I need to get off it ASAP as it's a class C drug, not safe for pregnancy.

The test on the bottom is the one I took this afternoon and the top one I took this evening. Already big difference.

I had drenching night sweats last year. It's drenching night sweats my specialist said not just being sweaty to be a cause for concern (unless it's hormone related)

My nightsweats turned out to be as a result of stopping breastfeeding and starting bc. It sounds like it could be hormones with you too.

I have had the odd drenching sweat(wet head to toe ) since becoming pregnant again, and my midwife said it's really normal and due to hormone changes.

It sounds like your were hormone related too. I really wouldn't worry.

Enjoy your bfp! Congrats! :)

Congratulations! Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months :flower:

During my IVF, I was pumped full of hormones and I also had dripping wet night sweats. With the change of stopping the BC, it really seems like it could be the reason.
