i know one thing for sure my los father is not coming anywhere near her and if he tries he will be in big trouble and to save problems i'm not even worrying about csa

I dont plan on going anywhere near the fob for child support if i can avoid it at all because i know he'd try and weasle out of it anyway. I do however want his name on the birth cert, does he really have to be there? and another thing is the registering of the birth the same as doing the birth cert? thanks

Yeah i think its the same thing, but he does deffinatley have to be there now if you want him on there im afraid, you can only put him on there without him actually being there if you are married.

I dont particularily want to go after child support either, but my mums really pushing for it, so i dont think i have much of a choice lol
