My last period was on June 9th to the 13th. I had sex, honestly, that whole week . From the 7th to the 14th. We had unprotected sex , but it wasn't until the last day , the 14th that my boyfriend came inside of me. A week passes and I start to get cramps. Which I am not used to. I don't get cramps often, if at all . As the weeks went on I had increase of wetness, increase of brown discharge, hunger, peeing, nausea, and head aches. I was supposed to start my period on July 7th. Instead on the 9th I began to see watery pink color only when I wiped. On the 10th, I woke up to a dark brown streak on my pad, but when I wipe it was only pink. Today, the 11th, I am having a very regular period with tiny blood clots. Not as heavy as I have had, but not light either. If i were to be pregnant, i would be 4 weeks and 4 days today. This coming Monday would be my 21st day past ovulation. I was planning to take a pregnancy test, but I am losing faith that I am. Has anyone had these symptoms, a period, and was still pregnant? My bf and I haven't been trying long, but it scares me, because the women in my family have a history of not being as fertile as they should.

Its highly unlikely if you have only had sex during your period hun sorry :hugs: You need to be having sex around 12-14 days before your period is due to hit your fertile period. OR a lot of women have sex every 2/3 days up until they ovulate. If you have a period that means you have already been fertile and the lining of the womb etc is now coming away.

have you ever used OPKs or heard of temping? They are really good for helping you learn your cycle and finding your most fertile period. xxx

As PP said... It's not very likely Hun if you only had sex during your Flow...
I would recommend doing some reading to help you understand your cycle and how the body works in terms of becoming fertile and getting pregnant. It isn't as simple as they make out when you're a teenager - which I can vouch for having had my son following one "break" in a condom at 17. Spending 14 mths obsessively trying for my Daughter and 4mths of not trying but not preventing this pregnancy... X

I'm sorry to say - I don't think symptom spotting means anything. You wouldn't believe how many women ttc spot pregnancy symptoms during their tww when they aren't actually pregnant. Also stress over "am I pregnant am I not" can delay your periods onset.

So I'm sorry to say this but I don't think this cycle is the one for you. Hopefully it will happen soon - good luck

I think it's very unlikely. You just need to give it time. My doctor told me one has to have intercourse three times a week to make sure they don't miss the fertile period (!). Last time round we conceived on first cycle (I was 29) but now I'm 33 and it took us six months, but for me that was three cycles as my cycles are 60 days long (odd, I know). Good luck!

I would say it would depend on how long your cycle is. If CD 1 was June 9th, June 14th would CD6. I have a short cycle myself (21-23 days) and I ovulate on CD 7 - 9. So it is possible if you have a short cycle.

Take a test :)

If you are trying to have a baby - something that was super helpful to me was using the clearblue digital ovultation tests. It doesn't get much easier to detect when you are most fertile. I know a ton of ladies very successful with using these, including myself. When using these I found out that I ovulate about a week later than the textbook "day 14". Not everyone ovulates by day 14 and it can vary each month as well.
Best of luck!

If your period started on the 9th then you had unprotected sex on the 14th then that would of been on cycle day 6. Most women ovulate 12-14 days before their period starts so that's usually cycle day 14 if that cycle is 28 days long.

You should sign up to Fertility Friend and just start tracking your cycle lengths. That website also has an amazing amount of information on cycles and ovulation and trying to conceive.
