Ibuprofen and ovulation

Hey all,
Dr google has done it again and I'm getting increasingly paranoid!! I have an infection in one of my fingers and took one dose (400mg) ibuprofen last night. It was just as my ov pain was starting, I had a pos opk the day before.

I was just looking up stuff to help with implantation as I think I'm 1dpo and it turns out ibuprofen can delay ovulation and is a big no no when ttc??

The only other time I've taken it this cycle was on cd6 when I had one dose. Just wondering if anyone thinks this might have delayed ov even though it was already starting??

Now I know this i won't be taking it at all til hopefully I've given birth to my take home baby!! But now I'm wondering whether I should carry on BDing or assume it's happened?? Grr why don't I just stay away from the medicine cabinet, it would save a lot of stress!!

I don't think one dose would do anything harmful. Perhaps it's not that great if you take the whole daily limit everyday when it becomes a problem. I wouldn't worry. Good luck
