I'd love a signature made up please!

Hi ladies,
Was hoping one of you talented women (or men?) would please be able to make me up a signature??

I'd like it to have my EDD on it, 30th April 2012, and also be Very Hungry Caterpillar themed. Our baby is a little Boy which only goes by the name of "Baby Bug" at this stage. Would also be lovely if it had a ladybug on there somewhere as I love ladybugs if you haven't already guessed.

I am happy to search and post up images if needed.
