Ideas on my baby's gender

I'm 20 weeks today. We had our anatomy scan yesterday and the Dr said he couldn't tell the gender for sure. He told us what he thinks, but not to go around telling everyone. I think it's a pretty clear picture, but I want outsiders opinions on what they think of the pic. This is driving us insane. Don't get me wrong, we are thrilled that we have a healthy and very active lo (the reason Dr couldn't get a for sure was bc how much lo was squirming), but we have a 7 year old daughter and we want to be prepare her the best we can. He said pic is view if u were changing diaper. You would think as the expert he could give us a better answer and not make us so confused....
