OMG my O pains are insanely intense today, I had to come home from work a little early so I could lay down :/ Also I'm a little worried dh and I are doing it toooooo much lol we have been like rabbits 2x a day lately because I'm so worried about missing the egg that now I'm stressed I'm just weakening his sperm #'s ahhhh frustrating!! When we had his SA they said his # was on the low end of normal but we had dtd the day before so I figured that was why...as of right now were dtd every 10-12 hours sometimes less but no more than 2x a day...thoughts?

I think one day enough should be enough, ESP if stay lying down to keep sperm inside you. Some people say every other day and maybe everyday round time of ovulation. But every day for a nearly week before and after ovulation worked for me x
