You can ask the current owners if they are willing to leave them for a small amount.
Unless something is written on the schedule then you have to assume they are taking the items with them. This is right down to lightbulbs!! When we moved into our first flat we found out that the owner didn't want to keep the wardrobes so we paid £80 for 3 really good wardrobes. Then when we moved out we left the new owners the fridge freezer as we were planning on getting a new one.
Generally speaking we pay quite a bit for our 'white goods'. We were asked if we were leaving the Miele washing machine - at that price, Nooo!!!
