If you have had a missed miscarriage would you still have veins everywhere? i have viens everywhere still especially on my boobs, do u think they would go away if you have had a misssed miscarriage? any advice would be appreciated.

Not necessarily, your body can take ages to adjust back and many changes in pregnant are permanent, like veins, which would stay whether you miscarried or carried full term.

At 12 weeks though, it's unlikely you'd have a missed miscarriage unless you now know you did for sure.

Im not sure the last scan i had was at 8+4 weeks ( and i cant afford to go the doctor) so im really paranoid that something has happened, theres no blood or anything ever thank god, i hope thats a good sign, im kind of worried now cuz my symptoms have just started fading right when i hit the 12 week mark.

That's normal, hon. =] As long as you haven't had any serious cramping or blood I'm sure you're fine. My symptoms tapered off right around then too.

Are you in the States? Definitely get yourself to a doctor, apply for state insurance (they won't reject you if you're expecting), you need to make sure you and baby are healthy.

You can buy heart dopplers online for about $30 on amazon. Angelsounds is the most popular, I have one and it works fabulously. It can offer peace of mind.

Oh don't worry hun, after 12 or 13 weeks things are supposed to settle down :hugs: I remember worrying too, I didn't feel as pregnant as I had before. But I was definitely still preggers!

I wouldn't worry unless you see blood, or have pressure and very sharp pains in your lady bits.

Hope you get to see a dr soon! If you're in the US you can get medicaid, they pay for everything. I've not spent a penny on drs visits!

I live in illinois, do you know what you need to get in medicaid? i know where to go to get it but i live in a different city and i have no transportation. which makes everything really hard.

Hun go buy a Doppler! I bought one on eBay for super cheap and I don't think I would have survived the first 20 weeks without it. It's a lifesaver! If you don't have any bleeding or so, you should be fine. Try not to stress. :)

It looks like this is the site, https://www.chip.state.il.us/, I'd try calling the number and talking to them about what you need.

dont worry about signs of being pregnant fading. the EXACT same happened to me when i was about 12 weeks. i was so paranoid that i was miscarrying. just be grateful that you can feel 'normal' for a bit before you start getting to the uncomfortable stage :haha:

I remember sitting there in the waiting room damn near having a stroke because I swore they'd do the ultrasound and tell me I'd had a mmc! But low and behold, everything was fine. :)
It's natural to worry about everything while you're pregnant. And hate to say it, but it doesn't ever stop. First it was the fear that it was a false :bfp: (as scared as I was, I was excited that I could actually get pregnant, since I wasn't supposed to be able) then it was the fear of a MMC, then it was a regular MC, then it was pre-term labor, now it's stillbirth, and I'm sure after I have her I'll be worrying about SIDS. It's all apart of being a mother :dohh:

I agree, call medicaid and try to get something worked out with them. And a doppler is a good idea! Try not to worry :hugs:

I worry about all those things! thanks!:hugs:

it's so normal - then between kinda the 12 - 22ish weeks - you might kinda not get millions of signs, maybe slight bloating, and you'll start to feel little kicks, and you still get your scans - ENJOY IT.. i remember everyone saying it to me, and i was like no i just wanna be further along, but now i can barely walk or anything - and i'm soo fed up - wish i'd made more of that period - ohh and take loadsa picturess!!

i started going crazy - kept thinking something was wrong and my bubba wasn't well - make sure you get a doctor though - i know it can be hard, but it's really important for you and your bubba..

ohh and a doppler might be a good investment - because for the first 20 or so weeks it can save your sanity and from then on, it still can, cause although you can feel bubs kick you still get paranoid, so if you can hear the heartbeat, then you'll know everything's finee!! :)

there is no way of being certain of a missed miscarriage until a scan is done :hugs:
i still had 3 million pregnancy symptoms when i went for my scan only to then fid out i'd had one.
but don't worry over it, the chances are you wont have, so stay stress free :hugs:

I live in Illinois also, can you go into your local health department office? I just made an appointment with them for WIC and Insurance and all I need to bring in is an ultrasound or other proof of pregnancy, proof of income (2 paystubs), proof of address (a letter/bill addressed to you), and then your birth certificate and ID. Once you go there it gets easy, no worrying about arguing with people on the phone because they often are not any help anyways!

Definitely! If I don't feel Finn kick all day I pull out the doppler. Even if I can't hear the heart beat, I can hear him swishing and moving and turning (which drowns out the heart beat!) and I know he's okay.
They're not super expensive and offer so much peace of mind.

ETA: Search and see if something like this, https://www.mfhs.org/, has coverage near you. They offer GREAT prenatal care. https://www.mfhs.org/hbp.asp

I honestly had no idea what I was looking for until today, since I'm having insurance nightmares. If you need help, message me.
