I would definitely still choose it over vaginal, even if I didn't have the vulvadynia!

Sounds a lot like mine as well...even the forceps. They had to use both forceps and a vacuum to try to suck her out because her head was positioned very strangely and very low.
I also remember that they broke my water and it splashed up all over the face of one of the nurses and they just act like it's no big deal!
