Ikea delivery what would you do?

The delivery man rang at twelve saying he would be here within half an hour! Nearly 2 hours later no sign. I rang the number he said he would get in touch with the driver and ring me back, guess what no ring.

I'm fuming I would've gone to sleep! LO is at nannies and this time Is precious! If He hadnt rang at twelve I would've slept with my phone on loud but cos he rang I kept thinking he would come and haven't gone to sleep. I had an awful nght last night and hubby is away.
I really want to ring up, open a can of whoop ass and demand my delivery charge back but is this reasonable? I know preggo hormones are bad things

phone up again explain what's happened and don't let them hang up until you know how long he will be delivering it. make some bs excuse about you have now made plans and need to know why he hasn't rang back

They had the wrong address! They tried to deliver it at half twelve to the wrong number!
I give up, I'm gonna ring ikea customer services to complain
