I'm confused

Hi can anyone help me? I came off the pill 3 months ago as we're trying for our 2nd baby. I'm not expecting to get pregnant straight away but am struggling understanding when it is I'm ovulating. My cycle tends to be every 35 days but I tend to 'spot' after 28 days then my real period comes lasting about 3 days. Would you say I'm ovulating every 28 or 35 days?

I'd appreciate any feedback xx

i would buy some CB digi ovulation kits....they put my mind to rest this month with knowing when i was O'ing
