I'm just sitting here and I'm feeling so down. I want a baby so bad and it seems like nothing is happening for me.

I've tried the vitex and although the vitex seems to be helping my af (when I take it correctly) I want a baby bump.:baby:

I'm feeling so confused and I need some advice on any other natural things I can do. Does taking prenatal actually work, does taking baby asprin work. I don't want to go to the doctor to get anything really medical just yet. I want to keep trying simple natural ways at least until I hit the one year mark. The problem is that mark is approaching fast.

My DB says he doesn't think about it, because his sister was told she can't have kids and she had a son. So he has faith that it's going to happen for us.

I want to cry all the time, because I want to believe what he said, but it just seems like nothing is happening for me.

I've been dieting (well trying to eat better) to lose this weight also. so I'm doing the things that I've read about that's supposed to help.

Please if anyone has any suggestions that they've heard please feel me in.

whether it be baby aspirin whatever.

thanks and sorry for the rant.

For better ewcm try evening primrose oil from cd1 to cd14, other than that relax - i know its easier said then done, but stress doesnt make a good enviroment for ttc x

I also have very long irregular cycles, like right now I'm on CD39

So I'm more and more stressed, about that as well.

I've gone to the doctor a few years back and she told me I shouldn't have any trouble with conceiving. So as far as I know I don't have PCOS or anything.

I just starting taking Vitex 800mg daily, I bought mine on ebay for fairly cheap. I've only been taking it for a week or so, so I have nothing to report except that I'm not suffering any side effects. I used to have very irregular, long cycles too and they corrected themselves without any help... no idea how or why, but now I'm regular. Now I just don't know if I'm ovulating or when, so I'm starting to use OPKs as soon as they get here from the mail! I've read that Vitex will help with hormonal imbalances and also to help regulate your periods, so I would give it a try if I were you!!

Good luck, don't lose hope. :)

Im already taking Vitex. I must admit at this moment I havent been taking it the right way. But when I take it the right way it helps me come on.

I just want to cry because I keep hearing about others who become pregnant without even trying

I'm not sure if you've tried these things but... pre-seed been hearing good things about that. Taking prenatal vitamins is great to my doc told me to take them it will help with encouraging it to "stick" and give the baby the vitamins it really needs in the first two weeks try fertility yoga (haven't done it but I will try it next cycle) is ur db taking any vitamins? Smoke or drink? Drink caffeine? Exercise? You both have to change things :) hope this helps and fx

I was the same, took just under a year to conceive but its different for everyone, in the end i just relaxed and expected nothing, happened quickly after that! I found not getting my hopes up better then being heartbroken every time AF showed up - baby dust your way :) xx

I hope it works for me.my DB drinks neither of us smokes and he doesnt take any vitamins. His approach is its going to happen for us...lol.

I told him to take a vitamin he said he would do it for me. But I don't know what would be a good vitamin for him to take. And he has slowed down an awful lot of drinking to help as well. And hes actually trying to diet and exercise

Tryingtobamom- that good and a great start :) as for a vitamin for him maybe a one a day and also calcium to help his swimmers. Also changing the way you eat can help going more natural (easier said than done I kno lol) I honestly think it will happen for you it will take some time for his body to adjust as well as yours :)
I did see these fertility kits online which had vitamins for him and her and opks u could check that out (dont know the name the bottles were white and blue/white and pink)

The easiest way to get my DH to take vitamins was to to get the gummy ones. He's more than happy to take those! I just got him a general multi vitamin since we have no indication that there's anything wrong.

Good luck to you.

So a one a day would be good for him? And more calcium? Tracilacy donyou remember where yoy saw the kit at? I tried conceiveeasy, but it wasnt doing anything amd I didnt want to get stuck paying all that money for those pills. I think I'm going to try to fet the liquid Votex. Its supposed to be stronger.

Vitex has helped me come on af when I take it right. But right now I'm on CD 40

I'm still not even sure as to how to use opks. I don't know how often to use them etc. I wanted to know how long are you fertile if you get a positive. Because my DB and I both work and sometimes our schedules aren't meshed. We see each other bedtime

So you start using them after it period and your fertile for 1-2 days after but it's better to bd as soon as you start seeing a flashing face if your using clear blue advance opk you can also use strips I think the line gets darker the closer u are to ovulation but don't quote me on that cuz I haven't used them. I have an off schedule with the hubby to but when we did sew each other around the big O we just bd as much as possible also check it cervical mucus (cm) everyday and chart the changes it should get clear and stretchy right around ovulation if it doesn't buy pre-seed to help with this :) this is my first cycle etc but I researched as much as possible lol google is ur friend lol lots of tips and info on what to look for everybody is different just find a system that works for you :) good luck and remember to relax and have fun with it (easier said than done I know ;) )
