APPARENTLY.... I love it how some males threaten you in the most pathetic ways! baring in mind he wanted nothing to do with me or Lillie, I'm now frustrated.
I think he was trying to scare me,then I told him It didn't bother me, I have a lot of evidence against if he was to... He then said the overdose he took whilst i was pregnant, He wishes it had killed him, he then said i was a joke and lillie will hate me and realise that im a joke just like he has? Why am i a joke when he doesnt want anything to do with his daughter?
The reason he took the overdose he said was because "he didnt want to comitt himself and he didnt want to be a father"
I wouldnt forgive myself if he did anything to her, not saying that he would, but i just don't know!!!... He hasn't been round to see her, so why threaten me with court? If he wanted to see her he'd camp outside if he was that desperate, He'd rather go get wasted and try and committ again... Im not telling Lillie half way down the line that her dad keeps trying to comitt suicide, one day he may not be here... What will i tell her then. Poor little girl x

I'm not sure, and I don't know the whole story, but I don't think you can stop your daughter seeing her dad on the basis his mother has mental problems and he has attempted suicide in the past?

No, he doesn't want to see her he said he wants nothing to do with us, but he still wants to take me to court, I'm unsure what for though. No he attempted suicide he told me because he didn't want to be a father and he didnt want to committ himself to a little person.

I know, that's why i'm so confused myself, his mum did buy Lillie a load of stuff but when Lillie was born she demanded it all back.

Sounds like he is just trying to wind you up hun i would take it with a pinch of salt and keep doing what your doing. You are obviously doing a great job as a single mummy so i wouldn't worry about it. If and when you get a solicitors letter about it then start to take it seriously. I'm not sure why he would take you to court anyway if he doesn't want to see lo

I would email him and say there is no need for court as he can see her. See what he says

Agree with OPs. Ignore him and his texts, and just wait for the letter IF it comes. Personally, I think you should cut him off altogether. After all, he has made his choice and wants "fuck all" to do with you both. So screw him and get on with your life with LO.

PS Shame the suicide attempt wasn't successful.

if he's texting all these abusive texts i would keep them all for evidence just incase he isnt bluffing with you. oh and good job on being a single mummy your doing a fab job and dont let him put you down in any way hun you and your little girl dont need him if hes being the way he is

Not been in touch with him as he wants nothing to do with us, so why should I get in touch with him, I see it as if he wants to see her, He should get intouch with me. I have a busy life looking after my daughter! Can't be doing with dicks like himself. He texts me all the time for no reason!
