Im gonna go crazy!!

OH got back from work today and told me he ran into his ex's friend, apparently his ex is telling everyone he doesn't pay child support to her and he doesn't take care of his daughter. She gets half of every single one of his pay checks! And how is he supposed to take care of his child if she doesn't let him see her?!?!?

I seriously wish I could smack some sense into her. She has made up SO many lies about my OH and has told her family so many negative things about him, yet when anyone in OH's family tries to ask her why she is doing all that she is doing she cant come up with a straight answer. Its like she wants everyone to see her as this poor helpless victim, sadly the only victim is their poor daughter! She knows who her daddy is and her mom even admitted she asks for him daily and cries that she hasnt seen him in so long.

(for those that don't know the background story, my OH has an almost 5 year old daughter with his ex, a daughter whom he has taken care of since day one, but over a year ago his ex ran off with her and wont tell him where she is and wont let him see his child)

That crazy girl just drives me friggen crazy, its SO unfair to do that to a child, I could understand if he was unfit or had done something wrong, but why do that to someone who is a great dad, someone who pays child support, and is actually fighting to see his little girl

& just the fact that Arianna and Desray will grow up not knowing each other if this never gets sorted out breaks my heart. I can't imagine knowing I have a sister but not being able to see her.

first of all why on earth is he giving her HALF his paycheck?!?!? that is utterly ridiculous no state will order support in that amount!

Take her ass to court! she has no right to move and not give him her address unless she can obtain a restraining order. and you definitely need to fix that child support amount.

I agree with ablacketer, she needs to be taken to court so that the amount he pays is decided by them and that he gets access, she has no right to do that!

Well right now they are taking that much because he was out of work for 4-5 months so its back pay + his regular amount, he is almost done with the back pay, but it just makes me so mad that she is telling everyone all these lies about him.

my ex pays 250 month and owes me 1000, he still seesw his son...

She just wont let him see her . Its so unfair to the child, he has always been a good father!

After she got together w. her new boyfriend is when it all went downhill, almost like she thinks she can just replace him as her dad.

she cannot stop him from seeing the baby. if he is court ordered to pay support, she has to give him visitation. if she refuses, he has the right to call the police, show them the court order and the police will make her hand over the child.

the court will have her address on file, they have to in order to process the support payments. he has a right to that information.
