Im hungry but too scared to eat..

Somebody give me a meal idea that'll fill me up that's not really unhealthy?!
 
Don't scared Avoid Junk food and include some alkaline foods in your diet.
 
Don't be scared, food is not the enemy. If you eat well you will only reap the benefits. Stay away from greasy, sugary, salty and high carb foods.
 
If I'd just about hit my calorie limit for the day during my calorie controlled diet, and I was hungry, I'd make a large portion of green veg. (Cabbage, broccoli, sometimes cauliflower), a .. VERY .. little gravy, some mint sauce, half a tin of new potatoes and a portion of broccoli or white fish. It tends to be 250 ish calories for a massive plate of food when I worked it out :) x
 
Definitely do not be afraid to eat, always eat if youre hungry. You don't want to make your body think it has to hold on to things for nutrients. x
