If I'd just about hit my calorie limit for the day during my calorie controlled diet, and I was hungry, I'd make a large portion of green veg. (Cabbage, broccoli, sometimes cauliflower), a .. VERY .. little gravy, some mint sauce, half a tin of new potatoes and a portion of broccoli or white fish. It tends to be 250 ish calories for a massive plate of food when I worked it out x
