I'm just not going to tell people my name choices anymore

I've been so set on Amelia Natalie Charlotte (Charlotte still up in the air, but Amelia Natalie for sure...Also had a minor crush on Georgia) and when people ask what I've picked, I get ugly faces and "Ugh! Are you sure?"

I'm told by my best friend that she loves the name Amelia, but HATES Amelia next to Natalie (Natalie is her name, and Amelia would be named after her). She says it just sounds like a list of names. She's so set on me naming this little girl Eden, but as much as I love that name, I think Eden Natalie *NAME* Nunes (Noons) is just too many N's and then Eden Nunes sounds tacky, and a lot like Eat In Nunes. Then she says I'm too picky.

I really LOVE Amelia Natalie. I think it's beautiful. I hate second guessing because of other opinions, but Natalie's opinion is one that matters to me too.

Does Eden Nunes sound as back as I think?

I don't think you should worry about her opinion if YOU love the name. It would make me think twice about naming my baby after someone like that tho.

Charlotte seems too long paired with Amelia and Natalie if I'm honest, but if there's special connection I'd stick with it. Just because I don't care for 2 middle names shouldn't mean anything to you and your choice to do so

At the end of the day it's your daughter and your choice

I don't care for the flow of Eden Nunes personally. I like Amelia Natalie, Amelia Charlotte, Charlotte Amelia, and Natalie Charlotte as they all flow well. Stick to your guns. We're not telling anyone until the paperwork is signed... I'm not dealing with anyone's negative opinion when it comes to our baby. If you don't like it, name your kid something else.

I'm absolutely in LOVE with Amelia Natalie. Only thing that MIGHT change is Amelia to Emilia.

Never been set on Charlotte as the second middle name, but not sold on my other choices either.

I'm in love with a boys name, but haven't decided for sure on a girls name yet, so I know how you feel about Amelia Natalie! I'll probably tell people on here, but I don't want backlash from people I know, so I won't announce a name until the baby is born. We find out in four days what team we're on!

I feel the same way- all my names have been vitoed. I love Georgia but thats what I called my first. She has a cousin called eden too.

I love Amelia Natalie Charlotte, what does your DH think? Eden is nice too but Nunez sounds strange. My response to nay sayers is thank goodness it's not your child then hey? My mom wanted our first cat to be called Angel, he was a BOY. The people that have given us strange looks for our Scottish/Irish picks have named their kids the utmost boring most common & religious names on the planet. Just shake it off, pull your chin up and ignore negative ninnies!
