I'm left with an overhang

I've had 3 sections. My last one 2.5 years ago. I've list 100 pounds since I had my third and workout a lot. I still have an overhang .

My section was almost 2 years ago now and my belly is flatter now than ever before and no overhang whatsoever I did have one at first though, took about a year to get rid of it, but all I actually did was walk a lot with LO in her pram and ate healthily. Oh and the numbness has pretty much gone now too x

I have slight puckering around my scar, but I'm not sure it's considered an overhang. The scar is not very noticeable anymore. I found the numbness went away after a year or so. I have full feeling back now.

If you only had your baby recently, don't worry! Things do get better with time. I remember being really distraught about my scar as well.

By overhang are you guys talking about the flap of stretched out skin on your lower belly from having the baby or something about the incision?

I just had a c section this week. My belly looks sick. All stretched out and hanging low.

well i used a belly band and a black baby belly corset thing, but they got too uncomfortable and yeah i have a tiny bit of over hang but its more just baby belly
let me tell ya that ALL mothers can struggle with a bit of overhang, my cousin and my mother who delivered vaginally still have overhang, my SIL has shocking over hang and very bad stretch marks but she is not fussed, she sees her overhang and stretch marks as her battle scars and her overhang is proof of where she once carried her little miracles, so each women sees their bodies differently, i guess i should not look at it with such disgust but be proud instead
there is always the gym too i mean hey you can lose the baby weight but a little overhang is nothing to worry about IMO and i am still very post natal (5months)
