I'm new with needing HELP!

Hello..(I'm completely new at this & have no idea what i'm doing on here *lol*)

I'm trying to seek advise with ppl whos husbands have a low sperm count. My husbands sperm count is 19 million. The dc said that he should have no trouble conceiving but we are. I was hoping to find ppl who are dealing with the same problem and would like some insight just as I would.
