When me and my partner moved in together he had his income based jsa stopped due to me working. Will he be entiled to it again when im on smp...

I think it depends on how much you earn and if its only the standard £128.73 a week then he might not get income based jsa but you will get full council tax/ housing benefit, tax credits etc.
