I'm pretty sure the days never coming!

I went for my '40 week' appointment today and LO is in the same place he was 2-3 weeks ago He's still really high to where she can barely reach to check how dilated I am. Last week she did a membrane sweep the best that she could, and again today making me bleed, but no cramping or anything since! I'm only a finger tip dilated and it's still pretty hard (assuming this means not effaced? I have no idea - but I know it's supposed to be soft )

Tomorrow I go for a non-stress test and I guess we'll see from there! They won't let me go over 10 days past my due date, so I guess he'll be here no matter what by Dec 2nd .. but I'm so impatient.

I don't want to come out, because I LOVE being pregnant, and feeling him inside of me, but then again I want to be able to hold him and kiss him... although I better enjoy my quiet time.

I'm so back and forth, but it honestly feels like he's never going to come!

I thought so too! I went into labour at 3am on my due date but at my appointment at 39 + 6 LO was only 1/5th engaged, I really expected to go the full two weeks over!
I was also high and tight so 12 hours into labour I had a pessary, he'll be here soon! But I hope you go on your own!

unfortunately, i went to 42 weeks exactly and had an emergency c-section, but dont be down about it, thinks can change dramatically in a matter of hours, hope he's with you soon xx
