I hurt my Back on saturday after my 40minutes on the treadmill and have been flat in bed since then... back at work today but it is hell as it is so cold outside and i still can't move much....
Got painkillers and muscle relaxers but i am still hurting!!!!!!!!!!

The worst part is no EXCERCISE for 2weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How am i going to burn my excess fatty bits if i can't excercise... or even move for that matter!!!!!!!!!!!!:cry::cry::cry:

And :witch: is now 5days late... so suppose she is skipping me again....:cry::cry:

Hey hun... I am totally shattered from the pain... I have wrincles on my forehead from frowning from the pain....
I have been off all my meds now since middle Feb... so ye maby missing the :witch: due to that again...
Im upset as the excercise has been keeping my spirits up and keeps me going... the feeling of working towards a goal... and now no excercise:cry::cry::cry:
Well the doc did a urine test on saturday before they gave me 3 lovely injections and i have been having BOILING baths and hot water bottle stuck to my back...:dohh:... so for sure :bfn: no test needed...
 
Hope your recovery is speedy - sounds painful. Two weeks will be over before you know it. You are doing so well with the weight loss.

Have you got any motivational cds you can listen to to prepare your mind for when you are fit again. Or relaxation/meditataion cds?
 
OOHHHH. Back problems are awful. I'm sorry you are in so much pain. I exercise a lot too, and hate, hate, hate, being injured and not being able to do anything. I hope that you are feeling better soon. But give yourself time to heal - the treadmill isn't going anywhere!
