Im starting Agnus Castus

Ooh, if it can help lengthen the LP then I might give it a shot. The vit B50 complex hasn't worked.

I'm diabetic though so I'll check it with my GP before I start taking it. Luckily I'm seeing him on Thursday!

ask him if you can take pregnacare conception aswell ive just started it today and i hear good things about it, it has everything you can need in it and is only a tenner xx

I started taking these 3 weeks ago after having no period since 23rd dec 08 (came off pill oct 08) to try and GET MY PERIODS BACK so i can try. So want a BFP. My colleague just got hers last month and i feel quite envious. Plus me and DH have decided we can afford for me to give up work altogether once our 1st baby arrives so i can be a stay at home mum (big contrast to my current stressful job as a Probation Officer!)

I really want my period (never thought i'd say that!).

Sorry to hear that hun, these pills are very good so you might get your af soon! once you do get it make sure you stop taking the pills after you OV then start them again if you dont get bfp GOOD LUCK X

I am currently taking b-50 but only one a day so not sure if i am taking enough and this cycle i am taking agnus castus but again i only take one a day. I am also on pregnacare and have been using opk from last cycle. I am currently on cd 5 so i will let you know if this is all worth it lol

hey hun ive just started pregacare and the shop told me it has all the b vits in it! your ment to take 2 agnus castus a day xx

forgot to say girls, if you start it make sure you stop after you have OV! your not ment to take it if your pregs so if you dont get your BFP start it again, hopefully it will be BFP all round xxxx

this thread has been helpful as i've just today started on agnus castus.
I do still have a question tho...

mine are from holland and barrett and say 'two capsules twice daily'.

Does this mean i should be taking two at a time, 2 times a day (4 in total)

OR does it mean 1 capsule, 2 times a day...

sorry if this seems like a silly questions but the grammar on these bottles is very confusing!!!

Yes it means take 4 in total per day x

i took agnus castus for 1 month and got my BFP, cant garentee it was that as i tired false unicorn horne too and pre-seed lol!

thanks for posting about this ive been taking two! i didnt read it and have been taking two a day!!!! i was only taking two a day last time and still got my bfp! hope they work for you xx
