Implantation bleeding and cramps

Hi all,

I normally track my period etc but didn't last month and can't remember when it was.

Today, I've had a bad back, stomach cramps and a little light bleeding (thought it was my period but I usually have a heavy period).

I did do a test Thursday which came back negative so unsure if I'm just having a super light period this time round or could this be implantation bleeding?
Has anyone had cramps with it too? The bleeding is very light pink and barely anything there. Trying not to get hopes up as I know AF may just come with vengeance later!

Hi.
I had cramps with this one.
I had a really long luteal phase of 17 days and I had sharp stitch like cramps at 6dpo and again at 10dpo.
I got a vvvvvv faint line at 10dpo then at 14dpo I had some very light orengey brown spotting (only when wiping) it didn't last long.

Good luck I really hope it is implantation bleeding and not AF.
