Implantation bleeding or period?

My husband and I've been trying 5 years to conceive. Yesterday I had been having cramping in my ovary area and last night I had a ton of EWCM with pink blood. When I went to the bathroom again there was no blood and some EWCM. I haven't had any blood since last night but this morning I'm tired, dizzy, and extremely emotional. I don't feel like myself at all. I tested this morning and had an extremely light line which I'm accepting as a BFN due to evap. I know I ovulated due to a confirmed blood test and I took 7.5 mg of Femara this month. Has anyone had this happen and got a BFP? I am on 13 DPO today.

Im with. U I think af is coming i spotted. Yesterday af should have been here and red but nothing idk what to think cd30 i ha . Positive. Opks since cd16 till cd28 i haven't tested since i see no point
