Implantation bleeding the day AF was due?

Hi ladies I'm on day 36 of my Cycle soon to be day 37. I had a blood test on day 28 and it shows AF should have showed up day 34, on day 34 I had some tiny pink spotting do used a tampon then only had a tiny tiny bit of brown blood on it, smaller then a 5p piece all in all, and since nothing! My specialist said to test at the end of the week again. Any ideas ladies? X z
