Hi,
How common is it to have implantation cramps but no bleed? Can it still result in preg? Im 9dpo and have been having what i think (and pray) to be implantation cramps today and yesterday but no sign of blood? They are sharp, twingy and burn a little mostly on one side- dont really feel like af? Af due in 4days (i think) no sooner.
Anyone getting this or have had this and resulted in a
