Hi Ladies

Does anyone know how we go about doing this as i think this could be our problem as i have endo and pcos and we had a blighted ovum at 10 1/2 wks and a chemical a couple of months later. I have periods every 31-36 days.
I dont smoke, hardly drink, have an ok diet and take pregnacare- any ideas would be appreciated xx

I asked about this at one of my first fertility appointments and was told that the only way they know of is to mess about with estrogen and FSH but that the results were inconclusive, which was why a lot of women opted for donor eggs. Vitamins and Folic Acid can do a certain job but since we're taking those already I can't see what they do.

Ive heard taking some vitamins will help egg quality but really its just an idea. Im sorry to say this, as I also have endo and bad eggs, my Fertility specialist said there is nothing to improve egg quality. Its just depends what is extracted from the ovary every month. So one month its a bad one and the other month it might be a good one. Ive checked up on this and its true.

I think the only way to help to fall pregnant with bad eggs is IVF. But then thats last resort. I think the only way they can tell u have bad eggs is an embryologist analysing them.

Have you spoken to a fertility consultant? Maybe your best option.

Im sorry for your losses.
