In desperate need of advice?

me & my boyfriend had unprotected sex, but he didn't ejaculate inside of me. It's been 5 days & I don't feel any different than usual, but I'm still worried.

The day after we did it, I felt a weird fluttering sensation in my pelvis for a few seconds and then it stopped and hasn't come back. Also, recently, I've been peeing a lot more, but little or no urine comes out; I just get the sensation I have to pee (no burning or pain or anything). Other than that, I don't feel any cramps or bloating & no nausea or anything like that. I also read that it takes at least 1-2 weeks before most women begin feeling symptoms.


Could I have a UTI (urinary tract infection)? If so, how should I treat it?


Also, how long should I wait to take an HPT? Since my period is irregular, should I wait two weeks or a whole month?

you should be ok hun, but saying that it is still possible

what you describe with the urine sounds a lot like a uti 2 me as i suffer with about 2 a month. the docs would have to give you antibiotics for this. i find cranberry juice or lemon barley squash helps loads

id give it another 2 weeks hun and then test, even if you are irregular you should get a bfp by then if you are

the doc/nurse can do a simple test 2 detect for UTIs anyway so id make an appiontment to rule that out to save you worrying

I think you're being paranoid, although you could be, it's far too soon to know.
