Increasing milk flow

I slacked abit with expressing and now my milk flow has decreased.

Is there any way i can increase it again?

if you found pumping effective then I'd say get back into a pumping routine - do it at the same time and reguarly and you'll see it increase. I've got slack with my pumping too so cant get as much off anymore but obviously she feeds differently to the pump and gets plenty - just remember that
