Hello ladies! I had been feeling itchy for a couple of days and when I mentioned it to my doctor she tested me for Cholestisis in pregnancy. My tests can back abnormal. My doctor told me that because of my condition she wants to induce me at 37 or 38 weeks depending on how soft my cervix is. What are the risks and benefits of induction at 37 weeks? In this case Cholestisis increases the risk of stillbirth after 37 weeks that's why doctors usually choose to induce at this time. Also do you ladies know of any ways to get labor started? I rather have a natural birth. Or how to soften my cervix?

37 weeks your baby is technically term , so baby will probably be okay , :)

To help befor hand tho You can try evening primrose oil in you vagina at night a week before you are supposed to have baby .

What do you mean "itchy"? All over? Or just the normal tummy itch?

Ya im itchy everywhere on my body. Especially my hands and feet at night.
