I was induced last pregnancy at 38+4 I had propess 1pm 3rd september and they left it to work for 24hrs, I had my waters broken at 2:30pm 4th September and was 2-3cm, my daughter was born at 5:36pm, so I had a 3 hour labour. Before they broke my waters I was just experiencing mild to pretty painful back aches, but managed to walk around and go to the canteen for a sandwhich and a drink across the road so not like I was "in labour" or anything!
Does being induced make your labour faster or does it have no impact on how quickly you deliver the baby? I'm just starting to worry that my first labour was so fast my second might be even quicker, and I'd like to make it to the hospital
Edit: I always say that I was in labour for 3 hours, but you're only classed as in active labour from a certain point, so it would have been between those 3 hours? So I could have had a 2 and a half hour/2 hour labour? It's confusing so please do help me out
