Im in my first trimester of pregnancy the doctor said i am 9 werks so far. Ive had an ingrowing toenail for a while i just keep cutting it when it gets pussey and a red bump then it kinda goes back to normal then the cycle starts again i havent been to the doctors because every time i ring they say they can only book me in a month later or something im not sure whether to go to the walk in centre or just do what i keep doing already... help please "'(
